So you and the family are about to hit the road and you’re worried about making sure your baby – and you! – get good sleep. You can’t pack the crib and you don’t want your baby on the floor at the hotel or grandma’s house. Prices range from Eddie Bauer’s $9.99 Infant Travel Bed to the $79.99 Graco Pack N Play which comes with wheels and a bassinette. What you give up on the lower range is sturdiness and extra features like toy bars, but many people find the simpler, cheaper models do the trick just fine – and are lighter and easier to pack and carry.

Eddie Bauer has a $38.99 model that includes a toy bar. Another mid-range option at $49.99 is Infantino’s Infant Travel Bed which also has a toy bar along with a fold down end for easy diaper changing.
